It’s that moment when you’re going about your business and someone catches your eye. There’s no apparent reason; it’s not their looks, it’s not what they’re saying, or how they’re dressed. It’s nothing so silly as ‘true love’ or ‘soul mates’. There’s no way to explain it in the words we have at our disposal. All you know is that there is a tangible recognition that stirs something. In that moment you turn your head to look again, there are shades moving in sync, caught in the rhythm of a movement that feels older and more familiar than you’ve ever known one to be. A past you’ve always and never known brushing against you. Then they walk away and the feeling is dissipates.
That’s what this doodle is about.
